Property Auction Round Up: Car Parks For Sale

When I previously wrote about buying a town centre car park for sale I had no idea of the huge interest in investing in this area of the market.

Since then, I have been flooded with requests for more information about car parks for sale.  Now, I have to hold my hands up – I am not a car park expert – however I feel I should do my bit for all of you who are interested in buying and investing in a car park for sale.

So here is my auction round up of car parks for sale in the UK.  All car parks are being sold at upcoming property auctions shortly.  I have provided details of the auctioneers, so if you are interested – please contact the auctioneer direct.

Lastly, I would love to hear of any car park success stories – so if you do get lucky – please do share your story 🙂

Happy bidding!

Today I was passing a car park in London with my friend and he said, that this is the easiest way to make money in the town. I don’t know where he got this idea from, but apparently he thought about it for a while!

Maybe it’s an every man’s sweet dream – to own a car park. I would not even pay attention to that place. I did not pay attention to this post until I’ve heard his remark. And now I’m thinking about a car park too)

Julie, thanks for your comment and interesting you are now going to look at car parks for sale!! Out of interest, what turns your friend on about owning a car park? I’d be interested to know more

My friend’s replay: “just speculating, thought it might be a lucrative project, but probably loads of hidden costs (licenses, security e.t.c.) I’ve got my mind on other ventures. I think it’s every “real” dudes dream to own a garage, wear denim all the time like Jay Leno and work with wrenches:)”

I don’t drive, so don’t really know about this side of life. When I wrote “I’m thinking about a car park too” I meant “I feel that I’m missing out something”)

But I would love to be a niche investor)

    Hi Julie, Thanks for sharing.

You mention you would love to be a “niche investor” – what sort of thing did you have in mind?

Dan, all the auctioneer’s are hyperlinked so you can check the sources. The car parks were for sale at auction with various auction houses and I compiled this post myself based upon what car parks I saw were going to be sold at auction.
