It’s unlikely you’ll find these properties in an estate agents’ window – so feast your eyes on the delights of what different opportunities you can find at auction!

1. A Cold War Bunker

Owning an underground cold war bunker has got to be close to the top of any serious property investor’s wishlist – I mean how could you not want to own your own bunker!  With a guide price of £50k and within close proximity to Newquay this could take the meaning of “Surf Shack” to a whole new level!
