Day 18…and we’re FINISHED!!
It’s been a mad few hours putting the finishing touches to the property – hanging pictures, curtains, dusting, cleaning, polishing, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming…you would not believe the amount of things you STILL need to do even after all the *hard* work has been done.
Anyway, we’re there – and the estate agents have been round to conduct a market appraisal…
Obviously the valuation is different to the actual sale price achieved – so I’ll let you know once that happens.
But in the meantime – here is the finished article…and the estate agents valuation (vid is a bit longer to show you the whole project complete):
Until next time… when I’ll update you on whether I go with an estate agent or an online agent, and the property renovation financials!
Loving the “Adult” Themes ………….
Love the stripy carpet, the curtains, the light shades and the mirror frame! Amazing decor. Now I want something like this for myself)
Thank you so much for your kind comments…now I can only hope we find a buyer who likes it as much as you 🙂
